  My house was built in the 40s and the living room ceiling and bedroom wall were in horrible shape. Water damage in the bedroom had caused the plaster to buckle and pit and holes had been worn thru in various places. In the ceiling, the plaster had split from one side of the room to the other with a gap that was growing almost daily. I emailed EZ Service late Monday night (well after hours) and they responded immediately! That had crews available that week! The team was so respectful of me and my space doing a clean after each day and keeping the noise down (as much as you can with demolition) while I worked from home. I was shocked by how seamless the end product was. I have worked with a lot of contractors and the professionalism of EZ Service beat out the rest. Highly recommend. I plan on using them again for future jobs.

  We were moving furniture and discovered that the wall had been damaged from a bathroom renovation done last summer. We reached out to EZ Service on a Tuesday. They came to look at the work on Friday and we were on the schedule for the following Wednesday.

They not only patched the damage from the bathroom reno, but patched all of the cracks in the bedroom and painted over everything. The room looks flawless.

  These guys are the best and a special shout out to Carlos for making sure that everything was done right.

I hired EZ Service to paint the entire first floor of my house. They were very responsive and scheduling the in person estimate was easy. After I accepted the estimate, they started the job just days later! There were a few things that impressed me about this company 1) my goodness do they work quietly! I work from home and I couldn't hear them at all; 2) they are very good communicators who let you know the status of the project and make sure that you're completely satisfied before they finish; 3) they're punctual; and 4) they're so friendly, too!

  We bought an older condo. The plaster on the ceiling was cracking, and we had a few plaster cracks in the walls. EZ Service came out and took fixed these cracks, including one that was tucked back in the closet. We are very happy with our service. We will continue to use them! Highly recommend.

  EZ Service did an amazing job! I contacted them via Yelp and within 3 days, the drywall replacement was complete. I had two holes in my ceiling and wall due to a water leak, and William came at the given time and did a great job repairing the drywall. Are Estimate Free?

If you want an estimate over the phone or email, it’s free. But if you need someone to come to your place for a quote, there’s a charge. Depending on where you live and how much the project costs, we will refund this charge in your final bill if you approve the job bid. This refund is only for jobs that cost $1000 or more.

Who is sent to my house to do the work?

Do I need to be at the property at the time of service?

It’s not absolutely necessary, but we prefer if someone at least 18 years old is at home. You can set up a way for us to get into your property and lock up when we’re done. If you’re not in the same state, we can send you pictures of the finished job along with the invoice through email. We treat your home very carefully. The only thing we need to make sure of is that you’ve made arrangements for payment if you’re paying by check. Alternatively, we can email you an invoice (due upon receipt) once the office gets the information from the handyman.

Do you require Deposit?

We only ask for a deposit if the materials we need for your job are expensive, like special orders for doors, windows, flooring, paint, and other things, and if the cost is over $100. If you need a refund, there might be a re-stocking fee, and that depends on the policies of the supply company.

  I rate this company 5 stars for quality of work, communication and price. This company repair my home in Maryland while I live in California. My house manager said that the issue I had with drywall look like it was never an issue. I recommend this company

  We called a handful of home repair companies to get quotes and Maritza from EZ Service was the first to respond. The other companies were not only slow to get back to us, they could not compete with EZ Service's pricing. The scheduling was also a breeze. Within days, we had the repairs fixed as if the damage never occurred, which was the goal since our home is only a few years old. William, our service technician, was very professional and did an outstanding job. Maritza made sure that we were satisfied with the work, and had William come out a second time to repaint the surrounding area. EZ Service did NOT charge us for this additional work. Maritza also followed up to make sure we were 100% satisfied, which we are! Thank you so much for making our home look like the accident never happened.

  Maritza's team did an amazing job painting the interior of our house. They showed up exactly when they said they'd arrive and were friendly and professional.

They weren't able to finish up by Friday so they had someone come out on Saturday and he put in about six hours to finish. We felt really bad for him working a Saturday but he was very helpful and didn't make us feel like we were putting him out. We've got additional work at our house and I've already been in touch with EZ Service to see if they'll be able to do it. Great team and great experience!
